QuantumGateway - Batch Uploading

The QuantumGateway supports batch uploading through the Virtual Terminal with a tab-delimited file.  There are four different options that are available to merchants that wish to use this option:

• Full Records Upload
• Compact Records Upload
• Vault Customer Batch Upload
• Vault Customer Transaction (Billing) Upload

The batch upload feature also supports posting back to your website if needed.  All you need to do is add the URL when you are uploading the batch file.

Compact Records Batch Upload

An example of the fields needed to do a batch transaction are:

• Amount
• Method (Credit Card Transaction or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / ACH)
• Credit Card Number
• Credit Card Expiration Date
• Routing (if ACH)
• Type (Charge / Refund)
• First Name
• Last Name
• Company
• Address, City, State, ZIP, Country
• Phone
• Fax
• E-Mail

Full Records Batch Upload

In addition to the fields above, the full records batch upload also supports

• Customer ID
• Customer IP
• Invoice Number
• Invoice Description
• Ship to First Name
• Ship to Last Name
• Ship to Address, City, State, ZIP, Country
• Recurring Transaction

Vault Customer Batch Upload

Once you have uploaded a customer's credit card number to the Quantum Vault, you can easily charge (or refund) the credit card number without the hassles of storing the number in your systems or files.
