• Country Match:  If the country of the IP address matches the billing address of the consumer's country.  For example, if the transaction is done with an IP address assigned to Europe, but the consumer's billing address is in the United States, you might consider declining the transaction or continue more scrubbing options.
• Filter by Distance:  This will look at the IP of the transaction and compare it to the billing address.  For example, the billing address might be in Dallas, Texas and the transaction is taking place in Billings, Montana.  The merchant might want to check the shipping address or scrub the transaction more.  This option also allows you to enter a set number of kilometers as well to decline the transaction.
• Anonymous Proxy:  If the IP address is classified as an anonymous proxy, you might want to decline the transaction.  Most legitimate transactions will not be done with an anonymous proxy server.
• Free E-Mail Accounts:  A lot of fraudulent transactions come from free e-mail accounts since those are a bit more difficult to trace. 
• Accept High Risk Countries:  If the IP address or billing address country is in Egypt, Ghana, Indonesia, Lebanon, Macedonia, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro, Ukraine, or Vietnam, you might decide not to accept this transaction.
