Online Menu

If your restaurant has an online menu for customers to order from, you might consider an Internet Merchant Account using the secure Quantum Gateway.  Your customers can pay for the food online and there will be no need to worry about transactions being declined after the food has been delivered, etc.  This will help save some money since you are entering the credit card number into your POS terminal, thus downgrading the transaction from a qualified to non-qualified transaction.  This could save you over $500.00 a month, if you are averaging ten deliveries at $50.00 each!

Or you might consider getting a Nurit 8000 Wireless Terminal for your drivers.  They can carry this terminal with them, and the customer can easily swipe their credit card when the food is delivered.  This will save you money again, making most of the transactions qualified.  For example, if the average order is $50.00 and the non-qualified rate is 2% more, you will save $1.00 on that order.  Just ten orders a day, seven days a week could save you over $200 a month!
